Referral Program (Early Access)

We’re building a more formal referral program, but we didn’t want to wait to start rewarding the people who help us grow.

How it works

When you refer a friend to Khan Supply Co and they place an order, you’ll receive 5% of their order subtotal as store credit added to your Khan Supply Co customer account.

• Reward: 5% of the referred order subtotal (before taxes and shipping)

• Payout method: Store credit on your customer account

• Timing: Applied within 24–48 hours after we verify the referred order

How to claim your referral credit

After your friend places their order, email us at referrals@khansupply.co with the details below so we can match everything correctly:

Subject line: Referral Credit Request

Include:

• Your name

• Your email address (the email on your Khan Supply Co account)

• The referred customer’s name and/or email

• The referred order order number (or screenshot of the order confirmation)

Once we verify the order, we’ll apply the store credit to your account within 24–48 hours.

Using your store credit

Your referral credit can be used on future purchases at khansupply.co. To make sure the credit is applied smoothly, please use the same email at checkout that you used when contacting us.

Terms (quick + important)

To keep this fair and easy:

• Referral credit is issued after the referred order is successfully placed and verified.

• If the referred order is cancelled, refunded, or charged back, the referral credit may be removed or not issued.

• Self-referrals are not eligible (you can’t refer yourself using another email).

• Referral credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

• We reserve the right to pause or update this early-access program at any time as we finalize the full referral system.
