At Khan Supply CO, we build vents to last — and we back them the simple way: 30-day money back on anything you buy from us. If it's not right for you, we take it back and refund you. No restocking fees, and return shipping is on us.

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, for any reason.
• We provide a prepaid return label — you never pay to send something back.
• No restocking fees. Ever.

If an item arrived defective or damaged in transit, tell us right away with a photo — most of the time we'll ship a replacement immediately and you won't have to send anything back.

How to Start a Return

Email support@khansupply.co with your order number and a quick note on what's going on. Photos help if something is damaged, but they're not required. We reply within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, 9:00–5:00 ET) and send your prepaid label.

Refund Timing

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of the return being received.
• Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it to your statement.
• Original shipping was free, so there's nothing withheld — you get the full item price plus tax back.

After 30 Days

Every Khan Supply CO product carries a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a vent fails after the 30-day window, we'll repair, replace, or refund it under that warranty — see our Warranty page for full terms.
