Refund policy

At Khan Supply CO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a refund once the return is received.

Unwanted Items

  • If you’d like to return an unused item in new condition, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.

  • A prepaid return label will be provided.

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is inspected and confirmed to be in resellable condition.

Refund Timing

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
