Trade account questions
Who qualifies?
Anyone buying for professional installation or for resale: builders, contractors, installers, HVAC and drywall trades, designers, architects, property managers, and stores or dealers. We check every application.
How long does approval take?
We review every application within one business day and reply by email. If you're approved, that email includes your account details.
How do I get trade pricing at checkout?
Sign in with the email you applied with, then enter your approved trade code at checkout. It applies to the whole order and stacks with any site-wide sale. One code per order.
Can I get a quote instead of ordering online?
Yes. Email a room list or drawings to wholesale@khansupply.co and we'll quote in singles, per floor, at your trade pricing.
Do you ship to job sites and to the US?
Yes, any address in Canada or the US, free. Dealers can drop-ship to their own customers.
Is there a minimum?
No minimum for Trade accounts. Dealer accounts have an opening-order minimum we'll confirm on approval.
Can I refer another trade professional?
Email wholesale@khansupply.co with the name of anyone you send our way and we'll credit 5% of their first order to your account. See the Referral Program.
