Industry Leading Warranty

No wholesaler, distributor, retailer, dealer, reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Warranty or any of its terms on behalf of Khan Supply Corp. (“Khan Supply CO”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Limited Warranty

Khan Supply Corp. warrants that Khan Supply CO - branded products (the “Products”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and service for which the Products were designed (a “Defect”) for a period of two (2) years from the date of the original retail purchase by the end consumer (the “Warranty Period”).

This Limited Warranty applies only to Products purchased new from an Authorized Seller (defined below). This Limited Warranty does not apply to Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, liquidators, “open box” listings, refurbished listings, or second-hand sales.

Authorized Seller (Important)

For this warranty, an “Authorized Seller” means a Product that is:

  • purchased directly from Khan Supply CO at khansupply.co, or

  • purchased on Amazon, Walmart, or RONA, where the listing/order details show the Product is “Sold by Khan Supply CO” (or “Seller: Khan Supply CO”).

If you purchased through a marketplace, you must be able to provide proof that the seller of record was Khan Supply CO. Purchases where a third-party seller is the seller of record are not covered, even if the product page references Khan Supply CO.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe you have a Defect, contact us promptly at:

Please include:

  1. Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt showing purchase date and seller of record)

  2. Photos/video clearly showing the issue

  3. A brief description of when it started and how the Product was installed/used

  4. Your shipping address (for replacement shipping if approved)

We may request additional information to help evaluate the claim (e.g., product size/model, installation method, duct opening dimensions, flooring type).

What We Will Do

If we receive notice of a Defect within the Warranty Period and determine that the Product meets the requirements of this Limited Warranty, we will, at our option:

  • Repair the Product, or

  • Replace the Product with the same model or a comparable product of similar design and quality, or

  • Refund the original purchase price (or part of it) where replacement is not reasonably available.

Replacement Products/components may be new or functionally equivalent to new. If identical materials/finishes are not available, we may substitute materials/finishes of equal quality.

Repair/replacement/refund under this Limited Warranty does not extend the Warranty Period or start a new warranty period.

Inspection / Returns

We may require photos/video and, in some cases, return of the Product (or part of it) for inspection. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions. Do not send Products back without first receiving instructions from us.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover (Exclusions)

This Limited Warranty does not cover issues caused by:

1) Improper Installation, Maintenance, or Use

  • installation not following Khan Supply CO instructions (including incorrect sizing or forced fitment)

  • improper storage, handling, cleaning, maintenance, or repair

  • use outside normal residential conditions or outside intended applications

2) Alterations / Tampering

  • modification, tampering, drilling, cutting, bending, or intentional damage

  • repainting or refinishing

  • use with third-party components or hardware that cause damage or improper fit

3) Environmental / Chemical Exposure

  • harsh chemicals, corrosive cleaners, salt spray, excessive moisture, flooding, or abnormal environmental conditions

  • outdoor use or use in high-moisture areas (including showers/steam rooms or persistent condensation), unless the Product is specifically rated for such use

4) Normal Wear & Tear / Cosmetic Conditions

  • normal wear, minor scratches, scuffs, dents, finish changes over time, or cosmetic variations that do not affect function

5) Accidental or External Damage

  • accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper cleaning

  • events outside human control (e.g., fire, flood, lightning, extreme weather, earthquake)

HVAC / System Compatibility Disclaimer

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the Product is suitable for their HVAC system, duct opening, airflow needs, and installation environment. This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • HVAC performance issues unrelated to a Product Defect

  • costs to diagnose, service, modify, or repair HVAC systems, ducts, floors, subfloors, or surrounding materials

  • labor costs for removal, installation, or reinstallation (unless required by applicable law)

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Khan Supply Corp. and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khan Supply Corp. disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If implied warranties cannot be fully disclaimed under applicable law, then such implied warranties are limited in duration to the Warranty Period.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khan Supply Corp.’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Product or this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product by the original purchaser.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khan Supply Corp. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, use, or cost of substitute goods or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

Warranty Applies to Original Purchaser Only

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original end consumer purchaser and is not transferable, except where required by applicable law.
