Shipping Policy (Canada)

• Cost: Free shipping on all orders - no minimums.

• Processing time: Orders ship within 1-2 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

• Delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch to most Canadian addresses. Remote or northern locations may take longer.

• Order tracking: A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

• Addresses: Please provide a complete, deliverable Canadian address (including unit/suite). We can’t reroute packages after dispatch.

• Undeliverable / refused packages: If a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to reship or refund (original shipping speed is not guaranteed on reshipments).

• Damaged or lost in transit: Contact support@khansupply.co within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and any relevant photos so we can help quickly.
